Archaeological understanding and climate change

The CHANGES Project continues to advance archaeological understanding and climate change with a two-day workshop hosted by the Science and Technology in Archaeology and Culture Research Centre at the Cyprus Institute (@CyI). A key focus of the workshop was the Keros excavation project (WP5), led by Dr. Margaritis, exploring how communities in the 3rd millennium BCE Aegean managed natural resources, crafted their material world, and adapted to climate change. These insights deepen our understanding of how ancient societies innovated and endured in the face of environmental challenges.
